11.13.21 Saturday E-Blast

November 13th, 2021
Happy Saturday NCFF!

My name is Mike Regner and it is my joy and privilege to serve as the chair of your Leadership Team of Elders here at NCFF. The Elders and I would like to invite you to join us in showing our sincere appreciation to the NCFF staff with a special Christmas honorarium this Holiday Season.

As a church family, we are truly blessed to be pastored by a loving, dedicated staff that faithfully serves our body and leads us in doing the Lord’s work. Their creativity, adaptability and extraordinary efforts again this year allowed our ministries to thrive despite the extraordinary challenges we faced with COVID, in addition to all the normal challenges as ministry like ours faces every year. In 1 Timothy 5:17 we are told by the Apostle Paul, “The elders (pastoral leaders) who direct the affairs of the church well are worthy of double honor, especially those who work hard at preaching and teaching.”

For those of you who are gifted financially, please consider this request for a special love offering for our staff, over and above your regular giving. This is a blessing that will be shared with all staff members and their families before Christmas. In addition, we would like to ask our entire church body to continue to hold up our staff in prayer and volunteer to serve as needed in the many ministries they lead. Your prayers and partnership in service would be two of the most powerful gifts and best blessings they could receive.

You will be receiving a letter very similar to this in your mailbox via snail mail, with a self-addressed envelope inside. If you want to help with this year’s honorarium, please note “Staff Christmas Offering” on the gift envelope that will be enclosed. You may place your staff gift envelope in the Sunday offering over the next few weekends, bring it to the church office, or return it by mail.

You may also contribute online Here. Just add "Staff Christmas Offering" in the memo while giving to the general fund.

Please make sure that your gift is received no later than Sunday, December 5th. Thank you in advance for being a part of this encouragement and blessing to our ministry staff.
Serving you in Christ’s love,

Mike Regner

PS,
Pastor John here, looking ahead to seeing you tomorrow morning in person or online. We’ll be studying one of the toughest passages of Scripture (  Jude 5-16 ) that I’ve ever preached in my life. Please read it in preparation for our time together.

This is also the last week to drop off your Operation Christmas Child boxes so please turn them in this week!

Please join us in person at 9:00 AM or 10:45 AM on campus, or watch us online at 9:00 AM
